I don\u2019t know why, but I just can\u2019t pass up watching this movie<\/a> whenever I see it on cable. I\u2019m a sucker for the story on the \u201cone-hit\u201d Wonders<\/a>.<\/p>\n I think the simplicity of the story and the clever way the actors pull it off suck me in every time. I also love it because the story kind of informed the novel I have been working on for, well, I\u2019m not going to say exactly how many years. Perhaps my favorite thing about the movie is the fact that the actors actually played their own instruments.<\/p>\n Music can really serve as a platform for so many other forms of media. That is why I really want to get back to the \u201cfinal\u201d revisions of my novel so I can see if it will ever end up in print. Maybe I can be a one-hit wonder.<\/p>\n
