I went out to pick up lunch for myself and some co-workers yesterday. There is this awesome small supermarket<\/a> with a great sandwich section near our office thatI went to. I get to the back and get in line to order our food.<\/p>\n

They had two registers working. I grabbed a menu and decided what I want while I waited for my turn. As I waited for my food after I ordered, I noticed something going on at the register next to me.<\/p>\n

Not only was this annoying couple asking a bunch of questions about the sandwiches – the menu clearly lists what everything has so there should be no reason to ask more than a quick question or two – but they were on their cell phone telling their daughter what was on the sandwiches and finding out what she wanted.<\/p>\n

Now I have no problem with people using their cell in a store to make sure they get home with the right stuff, but there were people waiting in line behind them. Take a menu, step out of line and make sure your order is right when you get up there.<\/p>\n

Needless to say, the man in the couple was whiny and wanted things done just right when their order was completed. This was one of those times I really wish you could just slap somebody on the side of the head and tell them to stop being so annoying.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
