Now That’s Service

My wife and I used to love the TV show “Ed.” beyond Tom Cavanaugh‘s great acting and the hilarious bets between his character and his best friend, we loved how quickly the wheels of justice moved in Stuckyville.

That became our favorite phrase while watching the show. Inevitably, someone would show up in Ed’s office in the morning and have a court hearing just a few hours later. The entire legal matter could conclude in a matter of days.

The same legal system exists in “Boston Legal,” and somehow the medical field has gotten the memo after watching last night’s episode of “Private Practice.”

We’re still trying out the “Grey’s Anatomy” spinoff, but couldn’t help from laughing last night as blood tests, DNA results and the analysis of those tests all took place within one day. This lab should win some kind of award.

I doubt this kind f stuff will keep us from watching the show, and i kind of hope it continues.  Maybe they will have Addison deliver a baby before the parents even conceive. Anything is possible during sweeps.
